Getting Started at Chapel Hill
01
Request an Information Packet
Fill out this short form and we’ll email you our Information Packet to help you in your decision-making process about our school.
02
Schedule a Campus Tour
Visit our campus to see and feel the Chapel Hill difference! During a campus tour you can expect to see a glimpse into our classrooms, learn more about our mission, and hear about the vision leading our school.
03
Submit an Application-
Applications open November 18th
Complete your child's application for the 2025-2026 school year.
04
Student Screener
If your application meets our criteria, you will be invited in for the next step, a Student Screener. Your student will take an academic screener that includes skills at their current grade level in person at CHCA.
05
Admissions Review
Once your application is submitted and your child's student screener is complete, it goes through our Admissions Review process. Our committee will carefully evaluate each application to ensure that prospective students meet the academic and personal qualities we value at Chapel Hill Christian Academy.
06
Family Interview
If your application meets our criteria, you will be invited for a Family Interview. This is a great way for us to sit down with one another and get to know each other better! This step allows both parents and students to engage with school leaders to discuss educational goals, expectations, and how Chapel Hill Christian Academy can support your child’s learning journey.
Family Interviews are only offered to families who have submitted a complete application/screener and for whom there is a projected opening in the desired grade level.
07
Admissions Offer & Enrollment
Following the Family Interview, our Admissions Committee will review all information to determine if an enrollment offer will be sent to the family. If enrollment is offered, a family will have 1 week to accept or decline.
