We believe our Before and After Care program is one of the best and we pride ourselves in offering a safe and comfortable environment for your child, while facilitating their walk in faith. Our Before and After Care program provides families the opportunity for care when the school arrival and dismissal times coincide with work. Before and After Care will be offered to all Chapel Hill Families for the 25-26 school year.

 

Before and After Care Hours:

• Grades Prek-5th grade and 6th-10th grade

  • Before Care is available from 6:45am to 7:40am

  • After Care begins at 3:00pm and is available until 5:00pm

  • Open/Closing: Doors will open at 6:45am and close promptly at 5:00pm, each evening

 

• CHCA Half Day Care:

  • On half days, we will offer BEFORE CARE only.

CHCA Before and After Care Payments

Families will be billed monthly through FACTS, the same website used to pay for tuition. This fee covers the cost for care, snacks, activities, crafts, etc.

• If you have selected care only in the mornings OR only in the afternoons, the cost is a flat fee of $60.00 per week/per child.

 

​

• If you have selected care both in the mornings and in the afternoons, the cost is a flat fee of $100.00 per week/per child.
